Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary.

To ensure the freshest ingredients and highest quality presentation, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all orders.

Orders placed with less than 48 hours' notice may be declined or subject to availability.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the nominated delivery address.

As our products are perishable, orders cannot be left unattended.

If no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Grazing Ground currently delivers to Camden, surrounding areas and the Southern Highlands.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe access to the delivery location. Additional delivery fees may apply if re-delivery is required.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the nominated delivery address.

Product Information

Our grazing boxes are prepared fresh and may contain allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, and other allergens. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Product images are representative only. Seasonal availability may result in substitutions of equal or greater value.

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability and supplier stock levels, products may vary from those pictured. Grazing Ground reserves the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater quality and value.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a refund.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and ingredient purchasing requirements.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grazing Ground is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
